Choose my new haircut

I am sick of my hair and am thinking about going for shorter hair this summer. It has been a while since I have cut my hair short. It is probably due to my traumatic experiences as a child when someone thought it was cute to have me in a "pixie" which others mistook as a "boy" haircut. Please help me choose from one of these or suggest a style of your own if you think that these are not for me. I would really appreciate your help! I really do value your opinions. Happy choosing.

I think they all look fabulous! I really like the third one, if you want to cut all your hair--I think that would be brave. The first one is also really darling. Good luck@

I think the first one will look great as bob cut can be easy to maintain. The fourth one (I think), having a fringe will make you look younger but it can be hell to maintain fringe as it'll grow long. I suggest opt for the bob with the side fringe as this not just make you look like a celeb but it'll make you look younger.

Ok...same traumatic thing happened to me when I was little, too. I still hate looking at those pictures! Honestly I think the fourth one looks the best for your face shape. (I'm good at this...I went to beauty school for three semesters) I think medium length somewhere in between your chin and shoulders with some light medium layers would look gorgeous on you! You'll look cute any way you do it, though!!!

Yep, I like #3 even though it's the scariest (at least it would be to me, but you're probably braver!). It might also look so good because the color is closer to your natural color which is so pretty. You look great with dark hair. And it looks like you might look great with short, chunky hair too...:) I think that cut looks really fun. I'm excited to see what you choose!

My mom is in town from Utah. She spent the night at the hospital last night and has been holding Tyler quite a bit. He really enjoys being held, so he's less fussy and has responded well to the weaning of the oxygen. He's on regular air, but I guess it's still the high-flow to keep his lungs inflated. He's up to 9 cc's of food per hour, an improvement over yesterday's 2 cc's. The picture is of Betty and Bob Maddox (Heather's in-laws), Jacquie Lietz (Heidi's mom), Heather Maddox (Heidi's sister), and Walt Lietz, Heidi's dad. They did a 5K walk to raise money for the American Heart Association. Thanks to all who donated on behalf of Heather and Tyler!

Ok, should we just rename our blog the McMillan Pediatrics Medical Journal? Everyone has issues. Our family is congenital medical disorders. Tylers heart, Carls brain and Dannys Hips. Danny had hip discomfort growing up, visited the doc at 17 and was dismissed with "bad hips." He learned to make the best of his hips by monitoring his activity, walking slowly, making me wear hiking packs and taking breaks. After experiencing back pain this year he went to a doctor who took one look at his x-ray and sent him to orthopedics who sent him to a surgeon. We are blessed with a great friend who is amazing hip surgeon and chief of orthopedics AKA John Kronick who guided us in our decision. Our family is always taken care of in miraculous ways. Here are his hips: The Problem: acetabular (hip) dysplasia is a congenital disorder usually formed by age 3. His acetabular is more dish shaped instead of cup shaped.
