The kids had a good meet yesterday. Parker swam all of his events except the relay. "I'm not swimming anymore!" That kid could be so fast if he'd just practice.
Nice to have Scott, Jacob and Zach on the coaching staff
Zach is one of the few who can motivate Parker. He is the fastest 100 freestyler at De La Salle.
Hanna was the cutest. She swam the 25 free and 25 back. She was scared on the blocks and just jumped in from the deck but completed both of her events without any assistance from the helper who was in the water with her.

For rec swimming it's less about the times and more about the smiles, and for that, the kids had a good meet. Harry talked to both Blake and Parker about practicing and that he'd incentivize them with a price. We'll see.
