Every year Sister Hiatt puts on an amazing faith week for the kids with letters each day corresponding to faith promoting messages and scriptures from members of the ward, old and young. They end the weeks with a beautiful hike. We have the best leaders! These young men and women are so lucky to have such great leaders!

Memorial Day 2024!
We spent the morning working in our yard and from 12-7 enjoying the home the pool the Crawfords built...quite literally with friends who are like family. So many different worlds collided today from swim team coaches to homeschool families and church friends and I just left feeling so grateful for the amazing people I have in my life who love me and love my children!
Highlights for Blake were his many gainers and crushing it in pool, Parker liked the waterslide the best, Hanna playing with her friends and Kira and Tyler hanging out with their friends in the hot tub. I loved catching up with everyone and playing pool with the kids and of course eating yummy food and enjoying the sunshine after a couple cold days. I have always missed the Crawfords memorial party because we usually host but it was so fun that we made it this year!

Mason and Daniels Grad Party
These are the things that I know Scott would miss the most about graduation. Mason and Daniel's Grad Party at the Crossings. It was a fun night followed by time at the park. The kids played pool and ping pong.

Kira's Choir Concert
Kira had an amazing experience doing middle school choir! She was our first kid to do choir all 3 years and improved so much. She is excited to continue choir instead of band in high school! Thank goodness for Danny's genes and the amazing Sally Anderson!
Woodlands King & Queens
15-18s down to 6&Under King and Queen of the Pool...We followed Cal Poly and Cal and awarded our own Kings and Queens, the swimmer who had the best all around time in their events. It was a fun and cold night by all! Go Woodlands!
Valle Verde Field Days
Each grade does a field day at the end of the year and I got to volunteer for Parker's grade. It was a lot of fun! Great year and great memories.

Valle Verde Open House
Lots of emotional development for these two this year. Hanna has the best teacher for her, Mrs. Phillips who we love and appreciate and Mr. Mellinger took good care of Parker each day. I know that each of their teachers helped them feel loved, important and helped them enjoy school. We are grateful for teachers! Parker's favorite thing about 3rd grade was art and music and Hanna's favorite thing was when mom came into the class.

Make a Wish Reveal
Tyler is doing a make a wish trip to Hawaii this year. We have been so fortunate that for the last 10 years he has been relatively healthy and feel so blessed that he gets to enjoy such a special, once in a lifetime trip with his family that I know everyone will forever remember and cherish. He debated going to a golf tournament or to Hawaii and chose to do a trip to Hawaii. We are so grateful for such amazing organizations that go above and beyond to make these experiences so amazing for kids who have a lifetime of surgeries and unknown concerns and fears that are unfathomable to most of us. Thank you make-a-wish. They surprised Tyler with his wish revel with a snow cone truck at his youth group where they were playing volleyball. Can you believe that! He felt so special and so blessed!
