North Coast Sectionals

 The kids had a great meet at North Coast Sectionals at Cowell last weekend.  Heidi hosted a pasta feed the night prior.  It was a party!

Jacob, Scott and Andrew did the ice bath.  Scott did seven minutes.  

Tyler swam as a para athlete and did a 28 second 50 free and a 1:10 100 free.  He was excited to be a part of the team and to feel he belonged.

The weather was perfect and the kids had a great time.  I shot over 400 pictures of Scott's teammates from Northate, Las Lomas, de la Salle, Aquabears, Orinda, Terrapins and more.  Banzai!  Now it's on to State.
