My boyz

Scott has been working on his engine sounds.  This video demonstrates a few of them.  Tyler pointed to a picture of a motorcycle and said "Honda!"
Yesssss, my boys are learning the gravy!

Giants Game

We had a great time going to see the Giants.  We parked in the UCSF Mission Bay Campus Site which was really cool for me to see.  I have seen all these plans and it was neat to envision where it would be.  I truly think in my unbiased opinion that it is the most beautiful stadium overlooking the water.  Have I mentioned I feel like we live in amazing part of the country...so blessed!

Chrystal and Tim from our old ward joined us which was great fun!

We ate some yummy fun!

We wore some yummy food!
We played some stellar baseball!

Tyler was great in the outfield!

All together so much fun.  Danny and I usually go to about 1 game a season. Maybe we'll make it to more!  The entire fam had a blast.

More Heart Camp Pictures

The camp really couldn't have been any nicer.  It was situated on the perfect size lot, that included everything from mini-golf, swimming, volleyball, archery, a ropes course (that wasn't available), redwoods, beautiful cabins, ping-pong and so much more.  What really made it special were the people we met and friendships we made.  It truly was a magical weekend.  I sadly have no pictures of our amazing race flintstone car that we made and actually led us to victory.  It fell apart about 5 minutes into the race.  It was absolute chance we won a very elaborate race including karoake station, stilts, mini-golf, swimming, deep-sea diving, ice-cream eating and huge volleyball walk (all with twists).  It was so fun.  We got the coolest prize of cold-stone and about 8 really nice and fun board games.  They should have divided up the games.  We won because we happened to get the shortest lines.

Can you beleive our rooms??  We couldn't.  They were so nice.

The kids loved playing with all the balls.  It was cute.

Swimming with my boys, hanging with my boys, loving being a mom.  I just feel so blessed.

They had a great fair the last day with face-painting, shaved ice, activities and games.  Great way to celebrate the weekend and these kids!  Tyler and I enjoying our shaved ice, while Little Tyler goes fishing.  It was such a HOT weekend which I actually enjoyed.  Little Tyler had some red cheeks the whole weekend.  He overheats sometimes.
Tyler and Tyler.  Two amazing heart kids.  One of the coolest experiences for me was to see heart kids as young adults. They have been through so much and are all such amazing individuals.

Having fun with a centipede we found.  The boys loved it.

Camp-Fire.  They had the coolest area for a campfire.  All the kids had light toys and it was such a fun evening.

More Camp Taylor

Sara, 17 years old with HLHS.  She is amazing and lives about 20 minutes away.  We are going to keep in contact with her.  She helped us win our race and was actually Tylers roommate at a hospital stay once...small world!!  I am so excited we reunited because I wanted her contact information at the hospital and just never got it.

Camp Taylor Rocks

We went to Soquel (near Santa Cruz) Friday thru Sunday for a heart camp. It was so great, informative, and fun to meet other heart kids and their families. Our heart mentors were teenagers and young adults. When we arrived, this great water jumpy was awaiting us. I will post all our fun activities. It was perfect weather in the 80's and the best weekend.

Who's gonna win?

American Idol is the subject of much debate. They're down to the final three: Adam, Danny, and Kris. Adam is my favorite by far since the other guys are just not at the same level. Although they are very talented, they are too boring. I'm not sure I want Adam to win, though, because much of his winnings would go toward his contract with Fox. I really don't care about the other two guys. And the greatest thing about this whole season of American Idol: I just read about the highlights and watch them on DVR, so I only spend about 15 minutes per week with idol! I've been doing more important stuff, like working on the VFR. You should check my progress here.

Date night

We doubled with the Pentlands and ate at the Cheesecake factory and then saw the Wolverine movie.  I like Hugh Jackman and the motorcycle he rode, but I don't think the movie did it for me.  The cheesecake factory was da bomb, though.  It was like a slice of Cancun right in downtown Walnut Creek.

I got some mahi mahi with my fries

Fort Time

Does your kid love forts as much as mine?  What is so magical about making a fort?  I remember hanging out in them as a little kid and they were so fun.  Thanks for coming to play Rebecca and Luke.

Danny's Birthday

We went to Monterey again for Danny's birthday and lucked out with amazing weather.  Blake was pretty difficult last time we went so Gle...
